Smoky, Spicy and Sweet – baked beans slow cooked over hickory wood.

South Carolina Mustard – a favourite – sweetness and tang with some kick too!
North Carolina Red – traditional tomato vinegar sauce from the Tar Heel State.
Kansas City Sweet and Spicy – take your everyday store bought “BBQ” sauce and notch it up about a hundred times, that’s true Kansas City sauce!
Alabama Great White – from pit master Big Bob Gibson in Decatur, Alabama. Great on most everything. This peppery mayo-based stuff is so good it actually makes cardboard taste good!!!
